Chapman Racing Heads has the ability to repair almost any casualty imaginable. From damage caused by a broken valve or a connecting rod choosing to go its’ own way, we can more than likely fix it. When we say "fix it", we don’t mean "splatter a little weld in there and jam in a seat or guide that looks close", we mean restore the head to as good as or better than original condition.

This may entail welding, heat treating, re-machining, custom seats or guides, re-epoxy ports, and so on. A repaired head will never leave our shop unless we consider it to be in 100% sound condition. Before performing any work, we will assess the damage and give you a call with an estimate of repair costs.
